Tess is a highly motivated person with a fun and enthusiastic personality and an extremely caring nature. She is dedicated to having you back on your feet and free from pain in the shortest time possible. Tess has a background in Cross Country Running and Touch Football and a keen interest in sports injury prevention. She is highly skilled at taking a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and therefore is able to address injury management and improve performance through correcting skeletal alignment with orthotic prescription. Tess ensures she maintains up to date with best current practice by attending seminars and conferences regularly, and has a particular interest in ingrown toenail treatment and surgery, but also enjoys treating problems that present in people from all ages and walks of life. In her spare time Tess enjoys cooking, travelling, keeping fit and looking after her handful of a puppy, Mr Pickles the Toy Red Cavoodle.
